I was highly satisfied with MMP Marine and Inspection Ltd’s performance during the recent confined space inspection works we undertook together. The communication was excellent, with Robert and his team providing clear and timely information both on-site and beforehand. The equipment was in good condition and readily available, ensuring a seamless operation. MMP Marine and Inspection Ltd were well-coordinated, demonstrating their ability to control the site effectively while adhering to all safety protocols. Access to the confined space was well-managed, and the training of the rescue team was evident in their capable handling of the environment. MMP Marine and Inspection Ltd’s commitment to safety and their proactive approach to service improvement were particularly commendable.

Firstly I would like to thank you and your team for successfully completing the installation of the flume inside low level one sewer at Victoria.
This was a particularly challenging task with lots of obstacles to overcome within the live sewer in an unforgiving environment, the professional approach and can do attitude shown by the whole MMP team helped to complete this difficult project. Work was always carried out efficiently without ever compromising on safety.
The interesting thing for me was seeing a whole team act as one “like a well-oiled machine” - an absolute credit to the company.
From start to finish it has been a pleasure for me to oversee this challenging project, and once more watching the two owners of the company at the coal face leading their men was inspirational and uncommon given the situation and location.

I hope to work with MMP again in the near future
— Alan Seeby General Foreman - Barhale

Working with Robert and the team from MMP was a pleasure from start to finish. Very professional and knowledgeable throughout the process from planning to execution. And standard of safety and workmanship on the day of install showed they were the right people for the job. Look forward to future works when MMPs expertise is needed again

‘We were so impressed with the work of MMP Marine & Inspection on their installation of the Blackfriars flume. We have worked collaboratively with MMP for a long time now and they never fail to get the job done in a timely, efficient and, most importantly, safe manner. Their work on Blackfriars flume even resulted in an award for efficiency from Tideway - a testament to their craft. We have full confidence in MMP and look forward to a long and mutually beneficial partnership with them.’

‘We knew that the Southend project would present a lot of challenges, especially when it came to undertaking any confined space works. We needed a fast thinking, flexible and collaborative entry team to help us overcome our challenges and provide subject matter expertise on how best to complete the works, which included the installation and subsequent removal of heavy duty isolation plates in complex deep sewerage shafts.

We engaged with MMP Marine & Inspection and were instantly impressed by their attitude to safety and methodical approach to providing solutions to the challenges we faced. The team demonstrated flexibility in their programme when we were forced to change dates on tasks at late notice, they accommodated our needs, and were not hindered by last minute alterations to the works. They demonstrated a professional can-do approach to the unexpected challenges the project presented us with, including lengthy programmes of night works in demanding and challenging conditions.

Team work, collaboration, transparency and diligence are needed in abundance when working on emergency scheme projects such as Southend, we had all of that and more with MMP Marine & Inspection. We look forward to collaborating again in the future.
— Southend Project Team
